for me it could be even 8/8/4 and there will be nothing wrong or umbalanced to it. looking at rokh and mael i think that to be balanced mael should have 1 more tank slot than the caldari ship

just an idea or 2.... EW specialized ship with bonuses/links to improve sensors of gang members and bonuses to range/strenght of various EW modules modules to try to discover cloaked ships in a certain range. no dmg/and very good tank cloaking...

mmmm don't like the idea to give it tracking and rof and make it a midrange the damage will still be too low and with a ship so slow it will be toast in no time... torps will eat it alive, amarr gank ships too and probably will be quite dead... ...
